These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hot Status Saver ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and publisher of the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App globally, in addition to any terms imposed by the Google Play Store through which the App is distributed.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Hot Status Saver is an Android utility application that allows users to view and save media files (photographs, videos, and GIFs) that have been posted as "statuses" on WhatsApp and stored temporarily on the user's own device by the WhatsApp application.
The App operates entirely locally on the user's device by reading WhatsApp's temporary media directory. The App does not access WhatsApp's servers, APIs, or databases, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable digital age of consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly provide the App to children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 is using the App without appropriate consent, we reserve the right to take action accordingly.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to download and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The content of individual WhatsApp statuses belongs to the respective users who created and posted those statuses. Hot Status Saver does not claim any ownership over status content saved by users through the App. We are solely a technical tool facilitating access to files already on your device.
"WhatsApp" and related marks are trademarks of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc. Hot Status Saver is an independent application and makes no claim to these trademarks.
The App is designed to work in conjunction with WhatsApp, a third-party messaging application. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We have no control over WhatsApp's platform, features, or changes to how WhatsApp stores status media files.
Changes by WhatsApp to its file storage system, Android permissions requirements, or terms of service may affect the functionality of Hot Status Saver. We cannot guarantee that the App will function correctly if WhatsApp changes the way it handles status media files.
The App is distributed via the Google Play Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

We do not warrant that the App will detect or display every WhatsApp status. Detection depends on Android system permissions granted by the user and the file system behavior of the installed version of WhatsApp.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOT STATUS SAVER AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain liability limitations, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon uninstallation, the license granted herein will terminate, but all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice and without liability to you.
We may release updates to the App through the Google Play Store to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address compatibility issues. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning correctly. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App's Play Store listing or within the App itself. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Users outside this jurisdiction are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making a complaint to a data protection authority or consumer protection agency in your jurisdiction.
